Spacious rooms had convenient sinks and multiple bathrooms.

The lack of air-conditioning made our stay quite uncomfortable, as the room temperature stayed uncomfortably high even during the night. Additionally, reaching the property required a long walk from the train station, which was difficult with our luggage. We also experienced slow communication regarding an early bag drop, adding to our frustration.

Charming Stay with a Few Drawbacks

Enjoyed my solo trip despite the lack of AC. sharing bathrooms proved to be a breeze with cleanliness. A tip for future guests, keep the door open for airflow while relaxing in the common area. The canal view from my room made my mornings feel magical.

The location is unbeatable, right by the Arsenale stop The shared bathroom was clean, and we loved the views. The only downside was the beds weren't super comfy, but I’d still come back.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Casa Favaretto Guest House. The location was marvelous, just a short stroll to several restaurants and close to the ferry stops. The cleanliness of the shared bathrooms stood out, as they were always well-maintained.

Conveniently located near the vaporetto station, this place offered great access to local sights within a short walk, including St Mark's Square. The room was spacious with two lovely canal-facing windows, allowing for a perfect ambiance as boats glided by outside. Shared bathrooms were surprisingly clean and never crowded during my stay. Freshly baked bread was a delightful addition to the experience, complementing the overall charm of the accommodation.

The location was fantastic just a few minutes from Arsenale stop easy access to Vaporetto gave me a smooth ride to San Marco. Room was spacious with a nice fridge and kettle for tea snacks made it feel like home.
